1. Getting Started (Client Onboarding)

  • A project brief with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • A clear quote or invoice.
  • A dedicated point of contact throughout the project.

2. Communication & Availability

  • Reachable via email, WhatsApp Business, or preferred platform.
  • Standard response time: 1–2 business days.
  • Timely and consolidated feedback helps us serve you better.

3. Payments

  • Accepted: UPI, bank transfer, or other secure methods.
  • 50% advance required to begin work.
  • Balance due upon delivery or milestone completion.
  • Late payments may delay the project.

4. Revisions

  • Two complimentary revision rounds are included.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Feedback should be consolidated for efficiency.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your information, assets, and ideas are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not share or reuse content without your explicit permission.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund available before work starts (minus fees).
  • Partial refund possible if the project has begun.
  • No refunds on completed digital services.

7. Deliverables & Ownership

Once final payment is received, you’ll receive all promised deliverables. You will own full rights unless stated otherwise.
